1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Connect To Me! This document outlines the terms of use for our mobile application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you are not authorized to use the App. We may update these Terms from time to time, and your continued use of the App constitutes your acceptance of any changes.

2. Use of Artificial Intelligence and Disclaimers

Connect To Me is a tool powered by artificial intelligence (AI). While we have made significant efforts to train our AI model for safe and helpful interactions, the nature of AI means its output can be unpredictable and may not always be accurate, appropriate, or safe.

• No Guarantee: We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or effectiveness of any AI-generated question, date suggestion, or other content.
• User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for how you use the App's output. Any action taken based on content from the App is done at your own risk.
• Unforeseen Outcomes: We are not responsible for any outcomes resulting from your use of the App, including but not limited to: misunderstandings, failed conversations, or an unsuccessful date

3. Reporting Issues

Your feedback is critical to improving our AI. If you encounter a question or suggestion that is incorrect, inappropriate, or makes you feel uncomfortable, we kindly ask you to use the "Report Question" button within the App.

To help us replicate and fix the issue, we will temporarily collect the "known facts" or inputs you provided that led to the reported output. This data is used solely for debugging and is not retained for AI training purposes, even if you have opted out of data collection for training.

4. Location Data Disclaimer

The App's "location finder" feature requires access to your device's location to provide you with relevant date spot suggestions. This location data is processed locally on your device in real-time and is not stored or saved on our servers. Due to the nature of AI, the suggestions provided may be inaccurate, and we are not responsible for any incorrect locations or experiences that may occur.

5. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances will Connect To Me, its developers, or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

(a) The use or inability to use the App;

(b) Any content obtained from the App, including AI-generated output;

(c) The loss of data from your device due to App crashes or bugs.

6. User Responsibilities

• Age Restriction: You must be at least 18 years old to use this App.
• Lawful Use: You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Prohibited Conduct: You may not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the App, or interfere with its proper working.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to all information, software, and design, are owned by Connect To Me and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any part of the App without our express written consent.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
