By accessing, browsing, or using the web application, APIs, and tools provided by Connect To Me LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), located at this website (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all terms, you must immediately cease using the Service.
The Service is provided as a free beta and preview release. We offer access free of charge to evaluate features, perform optimization, and collect system feedback.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, restrict, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the Service (or access thereto) at any time, with or without notice, without incurring liability or obligation to you.
Users may input data by typing text, uploading files (e.g., CSV, JSON, TXT), or submitting public review URLs ("User Content").
The Service generates gap reports, complaint summaries, percentage breakdowns, and ad copy positioning ideas using probabilistic Artificial Intelligence ("Outputs").
You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy and legal compliance of any AI-generated ad copy or headlines before deploying them in marketing campaigns or commercial materials. Connect To Me LLC is not responsible for campaign performance, ad account suspensions, or compliance actions by third-party advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads).
The Service may integrate with third-party APIs, LLM infrastructure providers, or data collection services (including, but not limited to, OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, xAI, or web scraping providers such as Apify). Your use of features reliant on third-party services is subject to those providers' respective terms and operational limits. We make no guarantees regarding uptime or accuracy for third-party infrastructure.
All software code, user interface designs, logos, branding, and algorithms comprising the Service are the exclusive intellectual property of Connect To Me LLC. Subject to compliance with these Terms, we grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to utilize the web app for internal business or commercial evaluation.
Exclusion of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. CONNECT TO ME LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL CONNECT TO ME LLC, ITS MEMBERS, OR OFFICERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100 USD).
These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal suit or proceeding relating to the Service shall be instituted exclusively in state or federal courts located in King County, Washington.
